the aim of the research is to study the reality of social responsibility in al Salam bank Algeria through its various activities, whether internal or external, and this is based on the annual reports published by the bank through its website.

The study concluded that al Salam bank adopts social responsibility because it is a holistic bank, and is more concerned with social responsibility towards employees than towards society, and the study recommended the need to pay attention to the natural environment.
