The study aimed to identify the administrative leadership skills in their dimensions (administrative skills, managerial behaviors, leadership styles, leadership traits, the decision-making process and its role in achieving strategic success for Saudi business organizations.” for the objectives of the study, its methodology and its society, and to answer its questions, the researcher was limited in the study to a random sample consisting of (162) individuals.

the study reached a number of result, the most important of which are: there is an impact of administrative leadership skills, patterns, behaviors, and characteristics, as well as management decisions on the dimensions of strategic success for Saudi business organizations, which are the strategy of speed of adaptation and response, as well as the strategy of survival and continuity, the strategy of continuous growth, as well as the strategy of continuous innovation, and finally the possibility of workers in organizations bearing potential risks.
