The aim of this study to determine the effectiveness of a mentoring programmer in the development of professional awareness to the 10th grade students based on professional information with versions of the National Centre for vocational-guidance study sample consisted of 38 students and student of the school year 2020 M, has been selected members of the Society of the original study who got low grades in a professional level of awareness were divided into two equal their experimental and control the number of each group of 19 students.
