This study aims to determine the impact of the collaborative relationship system on the decision -making effectiveness in the industrial maintenance company in Skikda, based on the descriptive analytical approach; questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of workers, amounting to 344 workers, as was done using the spss program to test hypotheses.

This study showed that the Collaborative Relationship system affects the decision- making effectiveness of at a rate high, which was estimated at 77.

This requires the company to pay more attention to the Collaborative Relationship system because of its great importance in the decision- making effectiveness.
