Abstract EN

This research aimed to identify the most important public rights recognized by the Islamic religion for human beings, and to compare between the general rights in Islamic law and the corresponding rights in man-made legislation.

It also counters the doubts raised about the provisions of Islam with regard to the general rights of people.

Among the results of the research is that the general rights in Islamic Sharia are divine in source and method, and take precedence over man-made legislation.

A balance between the rights of the individual and the right of the group characterizes Islamic Sharia, and it includes everything that achieves a free and dignified life for man in every age and time, without distinction based on gender, race, color or social status.

Man-made legislation, on the other hand, has many flaws.

One of the most important recommendations is to make more efforts and hold conferences and symposiums to spread the truth of these rights in Islam to all societies.
