Abstract EN

This is a research attempt to conduct a comparison between the mandatory rule that comes from the Sharia and the mandatory rule that comes from the systems and laws established by people, which is known in the legal profession as the legal rule.

The mandatory rule in Sharia comes from Allah Almighty and its source is the Noble Qur'an, but the legal rule is mostly the product of the human mind.

The importance of the research topic comes in light of the openness of peoples and nations to each other and the overlap of cultures and the concomitant intellectual and cultural invasion of a number of Muslim countries.

One of the most prominent results is that the legal rule contradicts the mandatory rules in Sharia, for the legal rule defines rights and duties and the penalties in the event of their violation.

The Sharia mandatory rules, on the other hand, are more elevated, comprehensive, and complete, because they are related to actions and behaviors in all areas of life.
