Arabic Abstract

الهدف من هذا البحث هو استكشاف العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة المقترحة (الميزة النسبية، التعقيد، التوافق الأمن، الدعم الإداري، الاستعداد التكنولوجي، دعم المستخدمين، الضغط التنافسي ضغط الشريك التجاري اتجاه الحوسبة الخضراء) و المتغير التابع الذي هو اعتماد الحوسبة السحابية، و اكتشاف مستوى استخدام التقنية السحابية في قطاع الاتصالات في الأردن تم استخدام استبيان المسح كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية 49 من عناصر المقياس قامت بقياس المتغيرات المستقلة الميزة) النسبية، التعقيد، التوافق، الأمن، الدعم الإداري، الاستعداد التكنولوجي، دعم المستخدمين، الضغط التنافسي، ضغط الشريك التجاري، اتجاه الحوسبة الخضراء)، مقابل اعتماد الحوسبة السحابية كمتغير تابع.

اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 137 مشاركا من أصل 150 مع معدل استجابة %91.

المشاركون هم أفراد يعملون في أقسام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في ثلاثة مزودين رئيسيين للاتصالات (زين و أورانج وأمنية (و سبعة عشر مزوداً للخدمات السحابية في الأردن.

تم تنفيذ المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام 22.SPSS V لاختبار فرضيات البحث.

تظهر نتائج الدراسة علاقات مهمة بين معظم المتغيرات المستقلة و المتغير التابع تبني الحوسبة السحابية.

تشير نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أنه من بين العوامل التكنولوجية و التنظيمية و البيئية التي تم تحليلها في هذه الدراسة، كان لدعم المستخدم و ضغط الشريك و التعقيد و الدعم الإداري و توجيه الحوسبة الخضراء أقوى العلاقات مع تقنية الحوسبة مع السحابية.

English Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between the proposed independent variables (relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, security, management support, technology readiness, users support, competitive pressure, trading partner pressure, green computing orientation) and the dependent variable (adopting of cloud computing), and discover the level of usage of cloud technology in the Telecommunication sector in Jordan.

The survey questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the primary data.

49 scale elements measured the independent variables (relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, security, management support, technology readiness, users support, competitive pressure, trading partner pressure, green computing orientation) against the dependent variables cloud computing adoption.

The study sample included 137 out of 150 participants with response rate was 91%.

The participants are individuals who are working in IT departments in three major Telecom providers (Zain, Orange and Umniah) and seventeen cloud service providers in Jordan.

Statistical processing was implemented using the SPSS V.22 to test the research hypotheses.

The findings of the study show significant relationships between most of the proposed independent variables and the adoption of cloud computing dependent variable.

The findings of this study suggest that out of the technological, organizational, and environmental factors analyzed in this study, user support, partner pressure, complexity, management support and Green computing orientation had the strongest relationships with the adoption cloud computing Technology
