Arabic Abstract
يعد الفشل الكلوي المزمن، الذي يحدث بشكل تدريجي والذي لا رجعة فيه، أحد المجالات التي يكون فيها غسيل الكلى هو العلاج - الحل - الأكثر فعالية.
حيث تؤدي نتائجه إلى زيادة معدل الحياة بالإضافة إلى تعزيز مستوى رضا المرضى هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء العوامل الأساسية لإرضاء مرضى غسيل الكلى في الاردن أجريت الدراسة في وحدات غسيل الكلى التابعة لـ 13 مستشفى حكومي أردني.
تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المرضى اللأردنيين الذين يخضعون لغسيل الكلى في تلك المستشفيات.
شارك في الدراسة 100 مريض غسيل كلى طوعيا.
تم إعداد استبيان خصيصا للدراسة الحالية.
تم التأكد من صحتها و موثوقيتها.
و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مرضى غسيل الكلى الأردنيين ؛ أولاً راضون ثانيا، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصورات المستجيبين بسبب جنسهم أو عمرهم أو مدة الخضوع لغسيل الكلى أو عدد مرات غسيل الكلى في الأسبوع.
ثالثاً تحليل الانحدار لكل يُعد من أبعاد الاستبيان و المتغيرات الديموغرافية و الشخصية غير ذي أهمية و لم يستطع التنبؤ بمستويات الرضاء و أخيرا، توفر صحة و موثوقية الاستبيان المطور أداة لقياس عوامل رضا مرضى غسيل الكلى الأردنيين.
English Abstract
Chronic Renal Failure, which happens to be progressive and irreversible kidney failure, is one of the areas where hemodialysis is the most effective.
As its results lead to a longer survival rate as well as enhance the level of patient satisfaction.
The study aimed to investigate the fundamental criteria for dialysis patients' satisfaction through developing crucial factors for Jordanian patients.
It conducted in dialysis units in 13 Jordanian hospitals.
The study population is the Jordanian patients undergo hemodialysis.
A sample of 100 voluntary hemodialysis patients' participates in the study.
A questionnaire developed specifically for the current study.
It validity and reliability were confirmed.
The study concludes that: firstly, Jordanian hemodialysis patients are satisfied.
Secondly, there are no statistically significant differences in the respondents' perceptions due to their gender, age, duration of undergoing dialysis or number of dialysis per week.
Thirdly, the regression analysis for each questionnaire dimension and demographic and personal variables were insignificant and could not predict the satisfaction levels.
Finally, the validity and reliability of the developed questionnaire provide the crucial factors of hemodialysis Jordanian patients.
Since it becomes an instrument to evaluate, the Jordanian hemodialysis patients' satisfactions undergo dialysis in Jordanian hospitals.
