Abstract EN

The current study aimed to know the effectiveness of a proposed electronic program to develop the teaching performance skills of the commercial science teacher, consisting of three training units, and each unit consists of several training sessions, in addition to preparing a test of teaching performance skills.

The research was applied to a sample of commercial secondary school teachers in Gharbia Governorate, which amounted to (30) male and female teachers.

The researcher used the experimental design based on the one group, which uses the pre/post measurement of the level of the teachers in the research group, where the teaching performance skills test was applied, then the program was applied.

The training group represented in the e-learning management system Schoology, and after the completion of the measurement tools were applied remotely, then the results were processed, analyzed and interpreted.

In favor of the dimensional application.

The study made some recommendations related to the need to pay more attention to teacher training programs on in-service teaching performance skills, and suggested some future studies that could be conducted.
