This study aims to measure the impact of the application of digital transformation on the quality of banking services for a group of public and private banks in the Egyptian banking sector.

and to achieve the objectives of the study, a survey form was designed and distributed to 240 for analysis on employees of the banks under study, and 212 of them were retrieved valid for the study The data were analyzed and hypotheses were tested using SPSS program for statistical analysis, and the study found a significant impact of the application of digital transformation on the quality of banking services
