The impact of transformational leadership in facing strategic challenges in pharmaceutical corporations in Egypt

The research aim to examine the relation between transformational leadership and strategic challenges in pharma corporations in Egypt.

the research problem that there are a shortage in applying the concepts of leadership in pharma companies in Egypt specially transformational leadership and its role in facing the strategic challenges.

the population is all employees in Ibn Sina, Maphis, Cairo, Glasco and Nile and it were 20679 items and the sample is 377 items.

the methodology used is multiple regression to examine the relation between the four dimensions of transformational leadership and strategic challenges.

the findings are that there is a significant relation between the four dimensions of transformational leadership and strategic challenges.
