400 forms were distributed to 5 companies, 68 forms were excluded, and 332 forms were entered.

The research reached several results, the most important of which are:
1- The validity of the first hypothesis, as the significance level value is less than 0.05 for the hypothesis that says “there is a significant relationship between the use of information technology and the capabilities and skills of the employees.

”
2- The validity of the second hypothesis, as the significance level is less than 0.05 for the hypothesis that says “there is a significant relationship between the use of information technology and work systems and procedures".

3- It is necessary to pay attention to the delegation of powers to the lower levels, as the paragraph "authorities and powers are delegated" with an arithmetic mean (3.67) and is considered average despite its importance within organizations in general.
