هذا تقرير حالة لمريض ذكر عمره 16 سنة، شوهد في قسم الإسعاف بمشفى حلب الجامعي ؛ بأعراض و علامات انسداد أمعاء.
و بفتح البطن الاستقصائي تبين وجود انفتال معدة على مستوى البواب، مع تنخر في قاع المعدة و ذيل البنكرياس.
Abstract EN
This is a case report of a 16 year old male patient who presented to the emergency room of Aleppo University Hospital with the symptoms and signs of bowel obstruction.
At exploratory laparotomy, gastric volvulus was found at the level of the pylorus with necrosis of the gastric fundus and the tail of pancreas.
