This study aimed to identify and uncover the correlation and effect relationships between the informal leader status through its basic variables including (personal admiration, the diversity of relational sphere, communication with influential people, and possession of wealth), as an independent variable and methods of influence including (complimenting, rational persuasion, personal appeal, spiritual appeal, and legitimacy) as a dependent variable.

The problem of the study stemmed from the questions: Do the leaders in the researched organization have the variables that support their informal status, and which variables are most likely to enhance the status of these leaders? What kind of influence methods can be adopted by leaders? What is the degree of disparity in their adoption in the research organization? The study adopted several hypotheses represented by: (there is a correlation between the informal status of the leader and the methods of influencing the workers) at the level of the organization in question.

The current study adopted a questionnaire as a method for collecting data on the researched subject.

The questionnaire covered (100) individuals at random, and the researchers used the descriptive approach The study resulted in a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which are: the emergence of the basic variables for the informal leader's status at the level of the organization in question, as well as the adoption of administrative leaders at the level of the researched organization a set of influencing methods towards workers, including (complimenting, rational persuasion, spiritual appeal, personal appeal, and legitimacy), coupled with the existence of a state of correlation between (the leader's informal status and the methods of influencing the workers) at the level of the researched organization.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is emphasizing the importance of the leader's informal status in the organizational field and working to enrich the influential methods that the leader can adopt in the field of work.
