The research talks about the grammatical term in the book (Al-Kafia in al-Nahw) by Ibn Al-Hajeb (d.

: 646 AH), and he studied the rooting of his terminology by making comparisons between the terms used by him, and with his predecessors, such as Sibawayh, Al-Faraa, Al-Mubarred, Ibn Al-Sarraj, Al-Zamakhshari, and others.

The research monitored the close connection between the semantic and idiomatic meaning of the term, as well as the sobriety of terminology for Ibn Al-Hajeb and his failure to create new terms.

In the use of terminology, the term was often unified, and in limited places, more than one term was used to denote one concept.
