The research deals with the issue of accusation of unbelief for opponent as one of the methods of criticism of the theological schools, shedding more light on the position of al- Baghdadi accusing the interpreters by disbelief as well as the position of the Islamic sects at his time in such critical issue.

the research also presented the reason which helped al-Baghdadi to emerge this thought and its resources.

this research also illustrates the rules that al-Baghdadi applied in accusing the opponents by disbelief, mentioning some concrete issues about it, and the most prominent jurisprudential rulings that al-Baghdadi said based on their disbelief, informing some of restriction of not disbelieving the common people.

the writer concluded the research with general criticism of al-Baghdadi's position in this issue.

the researcher reached to several results, most notably: -al-Baghdadi is a true reflection of his era, which was rich in various sects; where disbelieving is one of their critical methods.
