The objective of this study is to prepare a measure to assess, verify and obtain standards for a scale of communication skills for kindergarten children with language delay.

to that end, the researchers prepared a scale of communication skills for kindergarten children with language delay consists in its final form of: (41) a phrase spread over three dimensions suitable; first dimension: listening skill (14) phrases, second dimension: speaking skill (15) phrases, third dimension: the skill of non-verbal communication (12) phrases, in order to verify the sincerity and persistence of the scale, the researchers applied it to a sample of (50) children with with language delay enrolled in the Omar al-Farouq school kindergarten and its attached classes, city land nursery and (ABC) nursery in Zagazig, Sharkia governorate, where they ranged in age from (4-6) years, the results of the study indicated that the scale of communication skills for kindergarten children with language delay had a high degree of honesty and persistence, and thus a high degree of confidence.
