The research aimed to prepare a scale to assess the emotional intelligence of stuttering adolescents, to verify its validity and consistency and extract its criteria, and to achieve this goal the researchers prepared a measure of emotional intelligence, which is in its final form of (38) items, distributed in dimensions as follows: the first dimension: self-awareness (measured by (8) vocabulary, the second dimension (self-motivation), it measures (8) vocabulary, the third dimension (emotional management), (7) measures it, and the fourth dimension (empathy) measures it 8) vocabulary, the fifth dimension (social skills), which measures it (7) vocabulary and to verify the validity and reliability of the scale, the researchers applied it to a sample of (30) students who stuttered, and their ages ranged between (14-16) years.
