I started the research by defining artificial insemination according to contemporary jurists, and the old ones from the owners of jurisprudential schools, but it was not known to the old jurists as insemination, but it was known as: insertion and they arranged for it the consequences of the real intercourse of the number, expense and lineage of the newborn, and inheritance as indicated the types of artificial insemination, and the reasons for resorting to each of them, and the pictures of each of them, then it showed the sayings of the jurists, and their evidence, and the most correct saying in the permissible, different and forbidden pictures, and the lineage of the newborn on the mother’s side and on the father’s side, in each of them, then I dealt with the ruling on vaccination if it was with water.
