This research deals with "exploitation" as one of the things that disturb the peace of contracts, threaten their security, and destabilize them because of what they involve in discrediting the will, or the cornerstone of contentment in them, and the transfer of money through them without the complete consent of their owners, and without their consent, it has a bad and dangerous impact on contracts because it takes them from the framework of the Islamic and law legality to the framework of illegality.

therefore, this topic deserves to be devoted to research and study until its reality becomes clear, its essence becomes clear, and its impact on contracts becomes clear.

then his condition will be revealed, and everyone will know that whoever took a path and adopted a method in his contracts, those contracts were tainted by the defect of exploitation, and whoever turned away from him and abandoned his path has complied with the orders of sharia and the law and their rulings in it, and he has a vigilant conscience, and a natural instinct.

together, living aptitude is a pure intention by which contracts are guarded, money is preserved, and rights are preserved.
