The research aims to study the classification of the grain milling industry facilities in Nineveh Governorate, as the total number of grain milling facilities in it reached (29) operating establishments until 2015, and their spatial variation according to the administrative units in them, the Mosul district center occupied the first place in the number of establishments and their employees If we compare it with the rest of the other districts, while we note that there are other districts in which no industrial facility has been registered for the districts of Hamdaniyah, Sheikhan, Sinjar and Al-Hajar.
Accordingly, the Mosul District Center came to have the largest share of the number of workers from this industry, with (669) workers out of the total workers in the grain milling facilities in the governorate, which amounted to (838) workers, thus obtaining a percentage of 81.03% of the total workers according to the administrative units in the governorate.
