This research deals with the study of collecting depredation and wedding distribution versions in Sunna references books.

the study has included an introduction, pavement essay, three chapters, and conclusion.

the introduction has included : study evaluation, the motives, former studies, and research methods.

the pavement essay has included : a terminology of collecting depredation, wedding distribution stealing robbery and differences among each.

the first chapter has included : depredation and wedding distribution versions in Sunna references books.

the second has included : versions of companions and good followers.

while the third has included : issues and answers of collecting depredation and wedding distribution on jurisprudent books.

the researcher has deducted that their is no confirmed script of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) about wedding distribution neither permission nor forbiddance, which means that it’s permissible in which there’s no self insult.

fundamentalists have com to an unanimity of forbidding impeccable money depredate without a permission.

if he allows, then there’s no depredation.

the researcher concluded that there's an unanimity of hand cut forbidding for those depredators and spoliators but fair punishment decided by justice.
