The text of the article deals with and highlight the reality and theoretical variables derived from academic results as a realistic projection of the concept and image of Algeria in the form of participatory democracy and the extent of its realism and how many concepts began to change, manifest and re-form in a virtual digital space in which the citizen has become an active element in the heart of participatory media and democratic action the political in an olute – relatively- and to some extent the depth of the various techniques of political dialogue in the political space in a way that gave birth to democracy as a new legal and constitutional formula and actually transformed it through its platforms and various applications in the exercise of community control.
