This research paper aims to reveal the communication skills used by the com- municator in Algerian environmental associations to achieve sustainable development programs, during the Corona pandemic, and the extent of their contribution to the impl -ementation of the WHO protocol, raising the degree of awareness of the citizen, and the delivery of international aid.
