Arabic Abstract

الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو قياس درجة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة (التزام الإدارة العليا التركيز على الزبون و الموظف، التركيز على الحقائق، مشاركة الأفراد، و التحسين المستمر) في كلية الهندسة في جامعة مؤتة.

هذه الدراسة استخدمت الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (119) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس و الموظفيين الإداريين العاملين في كلية الهندسة عندما أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانو بخبرة فوق (5) سنوات و الموظفيين الإداريين كانو من مشرفيين المختبرات و السكرتاريا.

الدراسة حددت درجة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس و الموظفيين الإداريين و كانت تطبق بدرجة تطبيق متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.06).

في النهاية هذه الدراسة أعطت توصيات هامة منها الإلتزام بتطبيق مبدأ التحسين المستمر في كلية الهندسة في جامعة مؤتة على الدوام بدلا من وقت محدد.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the application degree of the Total Quality Management principles (management commitment, focus on customer and employee, focus on facts, everybody's participation, and continuous improvement) in the faculty of Engineering at Mutah University from the perspective of the administrative employees and teaching staff members.

This study used a Questionnaire as a study tool and the study community consisted of (119) of the teaching staff members and administrative employees who working in the faculty of engineering when the teaching staff members were with experience above five years, and the administrative employees were consisted from Laboratory supervisors and secretariat.

The study identified the application degree of the TQM principles from the view point of the teaching staff members and administrative staff and it was a medium degree with an arithmetic mean (2.06).

This study gave the important conclusions such as ensuring that the principle of continuous improvement shall always apply at the Engineering Faculty instead of specific time.
