Abstract EN

This study explores the extent to which education technology is used in teaching learners with special educational needs, taking visual impairment as sample, and finds out about any significant statistical differences according to some teacher related variables, namely gender, experience and visual state, regarding the use of education technology in teaching learners with special educational needs.

the study implemented a survey on a sample of twenty four (24) teachers working in ben Kahoul Hassan school for blind minor learners in Constantine.

the findings of the study showed the absence of any significant statistical differences that could be attributed to the aforementioned teacher-related variables, regarding the use of educational technology in teaching learners with special educational needs.
