Sheikh Muhammad Mahdi Al-Khalisi Al-Kabeer is considered one of the great scholars who strive for his religious and intellectual heritage.

He was a contemporary of the media, especially after establish his school in the city of Kadhimiya, which became a base for his intellectual production, as he was counted among those who spread knowledge throughout the country, and those who were interested in the science of jurisprudence and wrote in it, and his book “The Jurisprudence Rules” is evidence of that, and he studied at the hands of elite scholars in the city of Al-Kadhimiya, Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf and Samarra, and he became one of the mujtahids until his death, leaving more than ten book.
