Abstract EN

Given the importance of the science of conditions in establishing rights and contributing to their preservation, in order to show this science on the one hand, and to highlight the extent to which the sharia courts adhere to the valley in this area with the Maliki doctrine, and are famous in this science in form and organization, we presented this work according to the main titles that included the introduction of the science of conditions and its rule in general, and then in the Malikis Fikh, with a statement of the methods of authorship in it and mentioned the most important authors, and then the statement of the administrative structure of the Shariah courts, and hence the submission of a practical study of selected models of contracts through the records of the Shariah courts and commenting on them, following the work of a conclusion that included a set of results and recommendations.
