Abstract EN

The research aims mainly to know the effect of organizational learning dimensions on the distinguished performance of a university professor among professors of some universities in eastern Algeria, through its three dimensions represented by the strategic dimension, the organizational dimension, and the cultural dimension, and deals with a theoretical briefing of both organizational learning and outstanding performance to demonstrate its importance and positive effects on university institutions, as it is a strategic choice to achieve the best outstanding performance for a university professor at the Algerian University, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the necessary data on the study variables, and the study was conducted on a sample of professors from some universities in eastern Algeria, totaling 97 professors.

The study concluded that there is a strong positive effect of organizational learning due to the influence of the cultural dimension.

The study also concluded that there is no impact on both the strategic and organizational dimensions, and that it is of great importance to achieve the distinguished performance of a university professor
