The aim of the research is to identify the level of cognitive closure and its relationship to social isolation among middle school students, and the research sample consisted of (150) students who were randomly selected.

- There are statistically significant differences in the level of cognitive blockage among middle school students due to the benefit of females.
- The presence of a higher than average level of social isolation among middle school students.
- There are statistically significant differences in the level of social isolation among middle school students due to the benefit of females.
- The existence of a positive positive relationship between cognitive lockdown and social isolation.
