This research aims to define a clear concept of Islamic financial technology and control it according to the rules of Islamic sharia.

and to identify the reality of its development in the middle East and North Africa region.

the research also aims to highlight Algeria's efforts in providing an appropriate environment for financial technology, as well as to identify to what extent the Islamic banks in Algeria are able to confront the Islamic fin-techs challenges.
