The researcher studies the jurisprudential provisions that are built based on Sharia policy in the book, Nihayat Al-Matlab fi Dirayat Al-Madhab، by Imam Al-Juwayni (died in 478 A.

) - may Allah have mercy on him – which is related to (Masail Altadhmeen) Cases of implications).
The researcher investigates and explains the scholars' opinions in each case.
Books and references have been documented and used to define the terms linguistically and terminologically.
The noble verses and hadiths, and the translation of scholars have been interpreted.
Moreover, the margins were made, and then they were confirmed with references and sources.
