Abstract EN

This research paper comes as an attempt to find out the readiness of public reading libraries in Algeria to rely on open access to information in it, given the nature of its structure, its components, tools and methods of work available, and the nature of workers at its level feasibility of resorting to open access to information and the ingredients for work within the framework of this new space and what must be in order to achieve its goals and future vision, in the service of reading on a wide societal scale.
