Several motives towards our cultural heritage in Andalusiadrew me to the motives of admiration and appreciation for the glories of our Arab ancestorswho arrived With their humanitarian, moral and religious message to those faraway places fromtheir island, where they praised a great urban edifice in Andalusia in various fields of knowledge, sciences and arts.

This urban aspect in Cordoba, through its mosque, has gained a huge and extraordinaryfame for its uniqueness and splendor and for being a symbol of a wide aspect until itbecame the Qibla of the pioneers of the inhabitants of the world and became a rich substance formany writers, poets, artists and thinkers.

It produced a rich scientific and intellectual product thatadded to the heritage of the Islamic nation a splendor, witnessing to our present time in the countriesof the Europeans.

Cordoba witnessed a development in the field of construction, educationand science, as it witnessed the emergence of great poets and writers who embodied history in poetryand literature in the eras of the rule of most of the caliphs and the rulers of Cordoba, especiallyAbu Ya'qub al-Mu'min.
