The study is entitled “The effect of applying electronic management systems on job performancein the College of the Great Imam, may God Almighty have mercy on him - the University.

“Qahtan Yassin Jassim Al-Obaidi” to the Journal of theGreat Imam College, and the study was keen to shed light on the impact of the use of electronicmanagement systems on the performance level of the employees at the College of the Great Imam, may God have mercy on him - the university - and the resulting positive effects on the employeesand on the administration with the aim of Strengthening and consolidating them, in addition to thechallenges and obstacles facing the electronic administration to achieve its objectives effectively.

The research included an introduction and showed in the introduction the most important researchelements, namely: the sermon, the title, the importance of the research, the research objectives, the research problem, the research methodology, the research plan, and previous studies.

Then the first requirement entitled “Electronic management”, which includes: the concept ofelectronic management, the characteristics of electronic management, the components of electronicmanagement, the objectives of electronic management, the transformation from a traditionaladministration to an electronic administration.

The researcher prepared the second requirement entitled: “The concept of performance”; To include: Job performance: It includes: the concept of job performance, elements of job performance, factors affecting job performance, job performance determinants, job performance evaluation, usingin this research the most important sources and references that take care of the topic of research.
