Thesis title is: Fraud in selling the honesty and its impact on the contractThe sale of honesty means: the sale in which there is reassurance on the part of the seller, it isbased on trust and confidence in the dealings between the two parts, and trust sales are based onwhat the thing has done to its owner, because the buyer trusted the seller to tell him about the firstprice, so he took his place without evidence or swearing.

There are four types of trust sale, depending on whether or not the profit is achieved, If he sellsit for a known profit, it is called murabaha, and if he sells it for a known loss, it is called wadheah, If he sells it with his capital: if he sold the whole thing, it is called tuliah, And if he sells a commonpart of it, such as half and a quarter of it, it is called ishrak.

By betrayal of trust, we mean: cheating and deception in informing the true price, consideringthat this is a sin, punishment is only prescribed to remove those sins, and if the buyer knew of deceptionin the news of the first price, what is his ruling? The thesis deals with this issue.
