Abstract EN

In this research, we dealt with the legal organization in the Civil Procedures Law to intervene inthe civil lawsuit, as the research dealt with at the beginning the study of the nature of interferencein the civil lawsuit in terms of its concept, language and terminology, and the legislative goal thatthe legislator intended to allow interference in the lawsuit.

Adversarial and accusative intervention, as the research dealt with the most important controls that govern the two interventions, then theresearch dealt with the procedures for interfering in the civil lawsuit and the most important effectsthat resulted from it.

The two interventions concluded the research results and recommendations.
