هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي و معلمات مدارس لواء بني كنانة في ظل جائحة كورونا، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (1179) معلما و معلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي بنسبة% 45) )، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من(29) فقرة موزعة إلى ثلاثة مجالات، هي: (الاستنزاف الانفعالي، و تبلد الشعور الشخصي، و الشعور بنقص الإنجاز الشخصي)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي و معلمات مدارس لواء بني كنانة في ظل جائحة كورونا قد جاء بدرجة كبيرة جدا وفي جميع مجالات أداة الدراسة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة النوع الاجتماعي لصالح (الإناث)، و سنوات الخبرة لصالح (9 – 5) سنوات و (10 سنوات فأكثر)، و مستوى المدرسة باستثناء مجال الاستنزاف الانفعالي لصالح (المدارس الأساسية).
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالصحة النفسية لمعلمي و معلمات المدارس الحكومية في لواء بني كنانة من خلال عقد البرامج التدريبية و النفسية هم، و تدريبهم على التأقلم و التعايش مع الأزمات الطارئة.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify the level of psychological burnout among the teachers in Bani Kinana District schools under Corona pandemic.
The study sample consisted of (1170) male and female teachers who were selected by random stratified method from the original study population at a percentage of (45%).
To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (29) paragraphs was developed, divided into three areas: (emotional exhaustion, dulling of personal feelings, and feeling of lack of personal achievement).
The results of the study showed that the level of psychological burnout among the teachers of the schools of the Bani Kinana District under Corona pandemic were significant and in all areas of the study tool, and there was a presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the following study variables: gender, years of experience, and school level except for the field of emotional exhaustion.
