The aim of the current research is to identify (evaluation of physics books for the middle stage according to technical enlightenment and proposals for its development) in order to shed light on the strengths and confirm them and come up with recommendations that can be used in modifying and correcting the weaknesses in physics books for the middle stage, The research community and its sample are the written content of the sciences for the (first and second) intermediate grades and the (physical) aspect.

In building the axes and standards, the researcher relied on the global technical enlightenment standards for technical content (STL) which set by the International Society for Technical Education after translating and adapting them to the Iraqi environment, as well as conducting an exploratory study on a sample From (30) teachers and schools distributed between each of the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Rusafa first and second by directing an open questionnaire that includes questions to suggest what they see as an appropriate standards and indicators for each axis that should be included in the list.

The researcher used the statistical The researcher used statistical means (frequencies, percentages, Holste equation to calculate the stability of the analysis, and chi-square), and thus the research found that the content of my science books for the intermediate stage with regard to Physics did not take into account the axes of technical enlightenment at the required level, but the attention came in an irregular and unbalanced manner, as he neglected to include in the book a set of standards and indicators related to the axes of technical enlightenment, The researcher developed a set of proposals to include standards and indicators of unrealized technical enlightenment axes after their presentation On a group of specialists in the field of physical sciences and methods of teaching science in general and physics in particular.

The research reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is drawing the attention of specialists and authors concerned with preparing and developing curricula for science (the physical aspect) by benefiting from the development proposals made by the researcher.

The aim of this research is to include in the content the standards of technical enlightenment axes and indicators that are not available to keep pace with the developments of the era and its developments, as well as taking into account the integration, sequence, coordination and balance with regard to the physical aspect.
