The judicial and administrative confrontation of the crime of money laundering is part of the national confrontations of this crime, and we tried through this research to review the extent of the ability of the Iraqi judiciary to reduce the crime of money laundering, and demonstrated this through the role of the prosecution as one of the main pillars in this judicial formation on the one hand Another "public prosecution" is the representative of the community and the lawyer, in addition to his role in protecting public money, We also discussed the role of the public prosecution in the field of combating money laundering through its ability to initiate criminal proceedings, as well as a course in the field of extradition and extradition.

We also discussed the role of financial and banking institutions in combating money laundering, Is the first to combat this crime, and we took another model to combat the crime of money laundering, namely the Office of Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism, and discussed its main tasks in combating money laundering.
