Sale is one of the contracts that are of great importance in financial transactions, and on this basis the legislation regulates that contract in order to achieve the stability of transactions in accordance with rules that represent the general principles thereof.

The sale is related to real estate or movable property and whether the thing sold is owned by the state or by individuals, as the legislator imposes procedures regarding that sale that must be taken into account, including the method of estimating the value of the money to be sold by public auction in order to achieve a balance between the conflicting interests.
