Crisis management is a scientific method used to deal with crises in order to avoid their occurrence and planning to manage situations that cannot be avoided, as well as to deal with emergency situations when they occur with the aim of controlling or mitigating the results and the negative repercussions that can result from them, especially the crises that occur in the Pedagogical institution after the spread of e-learning.

This research paper aims to: Identify the meaning of organizational adaptation and its role in facing the educational crisis, and how to enhance its concept among the employees of the educational institution, and to develop a set of proposals that would help the workers in the educational institution in general to adapt to organizational adaptation during the educational crisis.
