The study aimed to know the effectiveness of displaying and discussing artistic paintings while developing the level of aesthetic response.

Students of the Department of Art Education.

In completing the current study, the researchers used the experimental research method.

Being the most appropriate method to achieve the research objectives In the completion of the current research, three samples were used, the first is exploratory and its number was (50) male and female students who were randomly taken from the first stage students in the Department of Art Education at the College of Fine Arts- University of Baghdad (morning study) and the second was experimental Its number was (25) male and female students, and the third was a female officer, (20) male and female students In the completion of the current study, one research tool was used, which is the (Graves scale), which is a global scale known in the Iraqi environment He extracted what is known as (virtual honesty), as the two researchers presented the scale to a committee of experts whose number reached (5) experts from the disciplines of experts from the disciplines of plastic education, art education, and plastic arts.

The stability of the tool was also extracted by trying it on a pilot sample.
