English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of awareness of public-school teachers in the State of Kuwait of their functional rights.
The sample of the study consisted of ( 343 ) male and female teachers, selected in random and simple way, in order to achieve the objectives of the study used desprictive aproach through developed a questionnaire included ( 13 ) items.
The study used a range of statistical methods: arithmetic averages and standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple variance analysis.
The results of the study showed that the degree of awareness of public school teachers in the State of Kuwait of their employment rights came at a high degree، and there statistically significant differences at the level of ( α≤0.05 ) in the estimates of the study sample to the degree of awareness of the teachers of public schools in the State of Kuwait towards their functional rights, due to variables ( gender in favor of female, educational qualification in favor of bachelor degree, school district in favor of Mubark education district ), and the absence of statistically significant differences attributable due to years of experience.
In the light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations provide, including: Researching the reasons for the different degree of teachers' awareness of their job rights according to their educational qualifications, and identifying the reasons and factors that made teachers with a bachelor's degree have a high degree of awareness.
