Research on the situation of religious minorities in the Islamic state is an important topic and has positive repercussions in giving an honorable image of Islam and its people and how Muslims deal with other religious peoples and minorities, who preferred to stay on their ancient religions and beliefs, so it is important to enter into this topic to show how Muslims deal with the sons of These sects are both ideological, political, social, and even economic, and in the end, Muslims' dealings with them only reflect a positive image and a high morale of the Islamic religion, which did not reject the owners of other religions, and did not ignore their rights to citizenship within the borders of the Islamic state.

From these standpoints, the researcher decided that this research should be a topic that studies the relationship of Muslims with those religious minorities and how they coexist with Muslims, and how these people, as a result of Islam's tolerance, preserved their rights that they enjoyed before the advent of Muslims and the rule of Islam over the countries they inhabited.
