Arabic Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد التأثير المباشر للتوافق الاستراتيجي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الأعمال على تحقيق مزايا تنافسية مستدامة في قطاع التعدين الأردني .
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تهدف الدراسة إلى التحقق من تأثير التوافق الاستراتيجي بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الأعمال على تحقيق هذه المزايا التنافسية في حالة توسيط الفوائد المضافة لأنظمة المعلومات استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي التوضيحي لجمع البيانات من خلال استبيان تم توزيعة الكترونياً.
و اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (462) موظفًا يعملون في مختلف شركات التعدين الأردنية.
و تم استخدام برنامجي SPSS وبرنامج Amos لتحليل البيانات و الحصول على النتائج.
و تؤكد النتائج على أهمية الموائمة الاستراتيجية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في شركات بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أظهرت النتائج تأثيرًا كبيرًا على الموائمة الإستراتيجية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الأعمال في تحقيق مزايا تنافسية مستدامة و تأثير جزئي على تقييم الفوائد المضافة لأنظمة المعلومات و على العلاقة بين التوافق الاستراتيجي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الأعمال وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة.
وتوصي الدراسة القطاع الصناعي الأردني بضرورة تطوير استراتيجية الحوكمة بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات و إيلاء المزيد من الاهتمام لميزة تمايز المنتجات و تنوع المنتجات
English Abstract
This study aims to identify the direct impact of IT-Business strategic alignment on achieving sustainable competitive advantages within the context of Jordan Mining Sector (JMS).
In addition, it aims at investigating the impact of IT-Business strategic alignment on achieving these competitive advantages in the case of involving the Net benefits of information systems as a mediator variable.
The study uses a descriptive-analytical approach to collect data via an online designed survey to be analyzed using SPSS and Amos software packages (version 26).
The study sample includes (462) employees work for JMS companies.
Results confirm the high importance of IT-Business strategic alignment in JMS companies as perceived by their employees.
In addition, results show a significant impact of IT-Business strategic alignment on achieving sustainable competitive advantages and a partial effect of the net benefits of information systems on the correlation between IT-Business strategic alignment and achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
Moreover, this study recommends JMS companies to develop a governance strategy aligns with IT strategy and to pay more attention to the advantage of product differentiation and innovation.
