Arabic Abstract

ان علامات الاعطال التي تحصل للمعدات سواء ان كانت اعطال رئيسية او ثانوية ولا تلاحظ لها تأثير كبير على العملية الانتاجية تؤدي الى تخفيض الانتاجية و زيادة تكلفة الانتاج والصيانة، هذه الاعطال يمكن منعها و تفاديها اذا تم دمج مشغل المعدة ليكون عنصرا في عملية الصيانة.

هذا البحث يهدف الى تطبيق مبدا الصيانة الانتاجية الشاملة اعتمادا على محور الصيانة الذاتية في الصناعات الاستخراجية وتصميم نموذج لأشراك انشطة موظفي الانتاج في بعض عمليات الصيانة للحفاظ على المعدة و تحسين معامل الفعالية العامة للمعدات، تمت الدراسة في شركة البوتاس العربية و هي اكبر الشركات التعدينية في الاردن اظهرت النتائج نجاح تطبيق النموذج المقترح في الصناعات التعدينية و التي ادت وصول موجودية المعدات الى 97.89%، وتحسن قيم الاداء و الجودة بنسب تصل الى 8.50% و 4.07% على الترتيب مقارنة بطرق الصيانة التقليدية ، كما اظهرت النتائج تحسن معامل الفعالية العامة للمعدات بنسبة 3.58% من 86.69% و الى %90.27 مع زيادة في كميات الانتاج بنسبة 2.43% و بقيمة حوالي 500,000 دينار .

اعتمادا على هذه النتائج يجب على الشركة ان تبدا بعمل خطط لتعميم تطبيق محاور الصيانة الانتاجية الشاملة على كافة اقسام الصيانة بالإضافة الى التركيز على تدريب المشغلين للسماح لهم بالقيام بكل الاعمال بإتقان.

English Abstract

Minor and major failure signs which occurred to machines and do not be noted have a big effect on the process and lead to low productivity and high production and maintenance cost, those failures can be prevented and eliminated if machine operators are integrated in the maintenance process.

This research aims to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach based on the autonomous maintenance pillar in mining industries and design a model which integrate production personal activity in maintenance to maintain and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Arab Potash Company was taken as case study since it is the biggest company in Jordan in mining field.

The results showed a successful implementation of the proposed approach in the mining industrial which Achieved 97.89% availability, and increase the performance and quality with a percent up to 8.50% and 4.07%, respectively, in comparing with the traditional maintenance approaches for each equipment.

And the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) increased with 3.58% from 86.69% to 90.27%, while the production quantity increase about 2.43% with a value of 500,000 JOD.

Based on these results the company should start to make planes to implement TPM pillars in all maintenance sections s in addition to have more focus on training for the operators to let them do all the required activates perfectly.

1411829 Recent trend of research is oriented toward different method of emulating the inertia of the synchronous generator to increase the reliability and stability of the power system in a micro grid.

In the case of dynamic performance of power systems, especially in frequency control of interconnected systems, there are concerns considering the matter of virtual inertia.

This thesis proposes a control technique for the virtual synchronous generator in a micro grid.

Multipurpose control algorithm for integration of the distributed generator based on a conventional two level inverter is analyzed.

The proposed control algorithm makes the system more stable and able to improve the power quality of the grid under real network challenges.

The Distribution Generator (DG) will emulate the behavior of a synchronous generator, and replicate the stability and reliability introduced by the synchronous generator in the micro grid.

The thesis presents an analytical study of the virtual synchronous machine employed as a distributed generation in a micro grid by modelling, control system, simulation results and discussion.
