English Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the level of ethics management for school principal in Al-Karak governorate and its relation with the professional performance.
The study sample consisted of 645 teachers from Al-Karak governorate schools.
The sample has chosen based on a simple random sample.
The study used the descriptive methodology.
The study also used two instrument to measure the first level of moral management which consists of (40) paragraphs divided into four fields ( personal mass, Administration, organizational institution) and the second one to measure the level of the professional performance (20) items, then extracting the significance of honesty and stability to the two tools of the study.
Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and (T) test are used as independence samples to answer the questions of the study.
The study showed the following that the level of the moral management for school principals in Al-Karak governorate is in the middle, the organizational field is in the first rank while the professional performance is highly ranked.
the results also showed a statistically significant relationship a between the level of the school principal participating in moral management and the professional performance.
The result also showed that there are differences of the statistical significance in the whole level of moral management due to the gender and for the benefit of female, and that there are differences of the statistical significance in the overall level of moral management due to the experience for the benefit of experienced people, and the lack of differences of the statistical significance in the complete level of moral management due to the qualification.
