When the civil litigation proceeds in this direction, it is called the natural path of litigation, and the principle that governs civil litigation in the natural path is the principle of the stability of the judicial dispute, and it is one of the stable procedural principles and leads to speeding up litigation.

Adjudication of civil claims, and according to this concept, litigants may not use additional requests to suspend or interrupt the adjudication of a dispute.

It is prohibited to change the scope of litigation after it has begun.

The primary purpose of this concept is to protect the right of self-defense.

After his opponent has prepared his defense based on what his opponent has submitted in the initial request, the opponent must not surprise his opponent with a new request.
