The state of waithood is the first stage of the promise of preference, where the party remains waiting for the promising decision to pass until the decisive moment when the promisor decides to implement his promise.

The promise of preference as an initial contract creates a legal relationship between the parties through which the beneficiary of the claim for compensation cannot be able to because it is a probabilistic right based on general rules of interpretation, and the preferential right is transposable.

The right of preference shall also be expired by the idea of time limit, statute of limitations, and waiver of the right of preference, as well as for special reasons.
